Wash N’ Fold Policy

Welcome to JC Wash N Fold service! We take the hassle out of laundry, leaving you with clean, fresh clothes ready to wear. Please review our policy to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience.

Pricing:

  • Minimum weight: 10 lbs. 
  • Pricing: $1.75 per pound dry weight.
  • Bulky items (comforters, blankets): $3.00 per item.
  • Delicates: $1.75 per pound dry weight.
  • Rush service (same-day pickup): additional fee

Sorting:

  • We separate lights and darks by default. For further sorting (fabric type, delicates), please inform our staff upon drop-off.
  • Please remove delicates and items requiring special care from your regular laundry and mention them to our staff for separate handling.

Detergent and Softener:

  • We use a professional-grade hypoallergenic detergent and fabric softener. If you prefer to use your own, please inform us at drop-off.
  • Please note, we cannot accept liability for any adverse reactions to your personal detergents or softeners.

Turnaround Time:

  • Standard turnaround time: 24 hours. Next-day pickup before closing.
  • Same-day pickup available for orders placed before 12 for an additional rush fee.

Pick-up and Delivery:

  • Drop-off during laundromat open hours.
  • Pick-up with your receipt during open hours.
  • Local delivery available within local area for an additional delivery fee. Please inquire at drop-off.

Lost and Found:

  • We hold lost and found items for 30 days. Please inquire at the counter if you are missing anything.
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged items.

Payment:

  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and [other accepted payment methods].

Other Information:

  • Please remove all loose items from pockets before drop-off.
  • We reserve the right to refuse items deemed soiled, hazardous, or incompatible with our equipment.
  • We handle your laundry with care, but cannot be held responsible for normal wear and tear, including shrinkage or color bleeding.
